Serving Size: 1 serving 1 potato 1/3 cup flour 1/4 cup milk Adobo Salt Corn Oil (for frying) Bake potato in microwave for 2 minutes. Mix flour and adobo. Heat oil in pan. Cut potatoes in half. Cut each half into three wedges. Dip wedges in milk. Roll each wedge in flour. Fry. Remove from oil sprinkle with salt immediately. Serve with ketchup.
