FRENCH BREAKFAST PUFFS 1/3 c. oil 1 1/2 c. flour 1/2 c. sugar 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder 1 egg 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 c. milk 1/4 tsp. nutmeg Cream the first 3 ingredients thoroughly. Sift together all the dry ingredients and add to the first mixture with milk. fill greased muffin cups 2/3 full. Bake at 350 degrees until brown, about 19 minutes. Immediately roll in 6 tablespoons of melted butter and roll in mixture of 1/4 cup sugar and 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
