5 Star Cheesecake 3 1/2 pkgs cream cheese 1/4 cup sourcream 1 1/4 cup sugar 4 tsp vanilla 2 eggs 1/2 tsp fresh squeezed lemon juice Mix all ingredients until smooth. Pour into a graham cracker crust Place cake pan into pan of hot water. Bake on lowest rack in oven for 1 hour at 400 degrees. Cool cheesecake to room temperature. Refrigerate for 8 hours.
