Chocolate Pate

1 lb. Bittersweet Chocolate melted
1 lb  butter
2 1/2 cups sugar
 7 eggs
 2/3 cups flour
 3 tablespoons vanilla

Beat butter and sugar. Add melted chocolate and beat 
until fluffy.

Add eggs one at a time. Fold in flour and vanilla.

Pour batter into a loaf pan. Bake in a water bath for 
45 mins at 350 degrees.
