Corn Pudding 1 can of corn 1/2 cup large cracker crumbs (like Saltines) 1 1/2 cups Milk 2 Eggs 1/4 cup Sugar (to taste - should be sweet) Little nutmeg Dash of Salt 3 tbsp. Margarine Mix all ingredients in 3-4 inch deep ovensafe pot. Bake 400 degrees for about 45 minutes (can go up to 425 near end of baking)
