Corn Syrup Substitute Recipe: 1/2 cup sugar 3/4 cup water Boil stirring constantly. It should be slightly thickened (still thin though) and clear like corn syrup. Remove from heat. Hot Fudge Recipe: 3/4 cup sugar 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa 1/2 can evaporated milk 1/3 cup corn syrup substitute 1/3 cup margarine 1 teaspoon vanilla To corn syrup in saucepan add sugar, cocoa evaporated milk and cook on high, stirring constantly until the mixture begins to boil. Boil for 10-15 minutes to thicken. Remove from heat and stir in the butter and vanilla. Enjoy!
