Marinara: 4 tomatoes 1 can tomato paste 4 cloves garlic, minced 2 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil 1/4 teaspoon oregano Sprinkle adobo 2 tablespoons white wine 1/2 tsp sugar 1. Puree tomatoes and paste in deep saucepan 2. In small frying pan Saute garlic lightly in olive oil. 3. Add garlic to saucepan. Add adobo, oregano, sugar and wine. 4. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat.
