Pancake Blintzes

Make pancake batter THIN.

Cheesecake mixture:
cream cheese
sugar - just a little
cinnamon - generous

Pour pancake batter into frying pan.  Drop chunks of creamcheese into pancake.  Flip. Serve! 

Serve with fresh strawberry or blueberry fruit glaze or blueberry yogurt

Glaze:
Berries
Sugar

Pour fruit into saucepan with sugar - and boil until it makes a syrup around the fruit. Pour hot onto blintz.
