Peanut Butter Cup 1/3 cup graham crackers 2 cubes of butter 1 1/2 to 2 cups peanut butter 4 1/2 cups powder sugar 2 cups chocolate chips Combine crumbs, butter, peanut butter. Gradually add powdered sugar. Mixture will be crumbly. Press mixture into baking dish. Melt chocolate chips. Spread melted chocolate over peanut butter mixture. Freeze for 30 minutes. Set pan on counter until it can be cut easily, and serve. May be kept either in the fridge/freezer, or at room temperature. If kept in freezer, remember to allow the bars to defrost.
