Pie Layer 1 1 pack of graham crackers minus 3 crackers, crushed 1/2 stick imperial margarine, melted 1 dash of cinnamon 2 tbsp hersheys baking cocoa 1/4 cup sugar 2 tsp creamy JIF peanut butter Pie Layer 2 10 Large Marshmallows cut in half (optional) Pie Layer 3 1/2 cup brown sugar 1/2 stick imperial margarine 3 tbsp heavy whipping cream Pie Layer 4 1/4 bag of Ghiradelli Double Chocolate Chips 60% Directions 1. Crush graham crackers in a ziploc bag. 2. Mix all the ingredients for layer 1 together in an 8 inch pie plate. 3. Bake crust at 375 for 8 min. 4. Cut marshmallows in half. 5. Place ingredients for layer 3 into a saucepan. Cook for 2 mins. Remove from heat. 6. Open oven and place marshmallows on top of crust. 7. Pour caramel mixture layer 3 on top. 8. Then sprinkle chocolate chips on top. 9. Then let bake another 5-10 minutes until chocolate chips are ALMOST melted - they should still look like chips but the caramel will be boiling. 10. Serve immediately. 11. You can also chill this if you desire.
