1-2 pkgs Stew Meat 3 Garlic cloves whole Corn oil Onions 4 Garlic cloves crushed Red Bell Peppers 2 bags Sazon 1 can Tomato Sauce Spanish Olives Capers 1 can Tomato Paste 10 Potatoes - cut in half Fill pot to top with water and beef and 3 garlic cloves and adobo. Slow cook. (Can use crockpot) Make sofrito: Chop onions larger. Sautee on low heat in corn oil with adobo. When onions are soft add bell pepper and four garlics crushed. When all 3 are cooked add 1 can tomato sauce, 2 bags sazon, large cooking spoon olives, 2 heaping tsps capers. Cook slowly. Add tomato paste. Add more adobo until tastes right. Meat must be soft before add raw potatoes. When potatoes are soft add sofrito. Add salt at end to taste.
